Kekkou Kamen
The heroine of our story who has a set of big boobies (which somehow defy gravity).
We have no idea as to where she originally came from, she just turned up and saved Myumi (who was being tortured for falling asleep... oh yeah and she's a thick shit as well).
Kekkou is very agile and is able to leap around in a seemingly impossible way. She fights using a combination of kung-fu and.. well original moves. One of these would be her special super attack. This involves the buxum beauty flying through the air and landing muff first on the bad guy's face (none of them seem to mind too much).

Myumi Takahashi
The victim of the show. Myumi's role in the show is to serve as a lure for Kekkou.
Myumi is young, sweet and innocent, and as previously mentioned, thick as shit. The rules at sparta college are simple. Get good grades, stay out of trouble. Myumi is always in trouble. In each episode Myumi gets tortured in various intresting ways (ranging from simple whipping to being tied to a rotating Swastika, whilst having knives thrown at her by a mad German S&M mistress...)
Despite all her failings, Myumi does try her best... it's not her fault she is a complete dip shit...

Tegusa Usa
Tegusa is Myumi's only freind and the shows narrator. Her role is to support Myumi and fill us all in on what's been happening. She is instantly recognisible, because she is the only girl in the shcool wearing the the blue uniform (this is because she is apparently in the year above... though she appears to be the only one...hmmmmmm). In the first episode she is suspected to be Kekkou (mainly because a pair of her knickers were used as a message delivery service.. they go doing... over starched...)

Satan Toecheese
The main villain. He's mean, he's perverted and he's damn proud of it. He wears a gold mask and a long dress (he also has a lovely see through nightie...). His main rule for the college is that so long as the students don't graduate in a body bag, anything is allowed. He likes the super spread attack... but of course all the villans do.

Ben
That's his name.. no, really. Ben is Satan's right hand man and only friend. He wears a surgical mask and gown, though we doubt his medical abilities. He once claimed to know the school girls' knickers better than he knows his own armpits.

Punishment Administrators

These guys have one job. To deal out various forms of torture... usually on Myumi. They change in each episode.

Frauline Topoko
The German S&M mistress we mentioned earlier. She uses a whip and has a damn good aim (she can strip Myumi at a hundred paces). She is also a pretty good knife thrower.
Kekkou finally defeats Topoko by showing her who the REAL mistress is.

Taro Schwarzenegger
He's big, he's buff, he's gorgeous... well apparantly. He begins at the college under the guise of being the new gym teacher. He woos Myumi into a trap, to lure Kekkou out of hiding.
Kekkou appears but loses the fight because she is unable to fight someone so beautiful.
Later Tegusa (in a blatent display of over acting) appears and gives Kekkou what she calls the ribbon of love and justice (it's her hair ribbon). Kekkou uses the ribbon as a blindfold. This way she can fight Taro, as she won't be able to see his beauty. In the end it is the chafing of his over sized muscles that wins her the fight.

Hanako Tanaka, aka Paradiser#1
She is perfection in it's most blatent way. She is introduced as a new student at the school, with high grades. Her purpose is to motivate the students to higher grades. It works. All the grades go up.. accept for one. Yes, you guessed it, Myumi.
After this Satan orders Hanako to work with Myumi to boost her grades. It fails.. so new measures are taken.
This is when Hanako is revealed to be an android, Paradiser#1 the ultimate cyber bitch.
She fights Kekkou using electric tipped tentacles that appear from her back. Kekkou finally defeats her by hitting her off switch a.k.a her right nipple. Kekkou relised that only a couple of perverts like Satan and Ben would build that kind of android.

Juansanchez Filopos Ramirez
A Samurai photographer, who sounds like Sean Connery. His job at Sparta College is to strip the girls of their dignity and their clothing (the ones with bad grades, that is). So it's no surprise that he goes after Myumi eventually. However, he has only taken the job because he wants to battle Kekkou Kamen. He foils her super spread jump by pointing an open umbrella at her, but she counters with a wierd whirlwind thing with her flail. This episode also features an 'explanation' for why she fights naked. It is for the sake of love and justice. Apparently. Not that we believe her.
