Pokémon in the future.

Ash: Is forced to give up his dream of becoming a pokémon master when pokémon training is outlawed because of new animal safety laws, and now works in McDonalds. His mum's still proud of him, though.

Misty: Finally trades Psyduck for a weedle, and learns to love bugs after all, because it's better than the alternative.

Brock: Admitted he's gay. Is a lot happier, now.

Pikachu and Charizard: Work with Ash. Mmm, char-grilled burgers... Although the branch manager is on the verge of sacking Pikachu for eating all the tomato ketchup.

Bulbasaur: Is a pokémon porn star.

Jesse and James: James also admitted he's gay. Nobody was suprised. He and Jesse opened a restaurant. They still haven't paid Giovanni back all the money they owe him, though, so the Meowth balloon is kept inflated for quick getaways.

Meowth: Met a nice Ivysaur, and finally got over Giovanni. They now have a pretty little cottage in the woods, and are trying for a baby.

Weezing and Arbok: Co-habiting. They have many strange children. See illustration by Ceefax's bloke.

Victreebel and Lickitung: Work as waiters for Jesse and James. Victreebel doesn't get tipped much, due to it's strange habit of eating the customers' meals. And the customers. And James. Still.

Tracy: Although still traumatised on account of being called Tracy, is earning a reasonable living as a pokémon watcher. However, he still hasn't changed his damn shorts.

Todd: Has realised that his pokémon photography would be a lot more successful if he didn't wear a bright red jumper. Currently wandering the outskirts of pokémon world with his little yellow cart.

Gary: Works at Burger King. Has currently been employee of the month two months more than Ash.

Ash's mum: Now that her little boy has grown up, she's given up the pretense and moved in with Professor Oak. Mr Mime still lives with her, but Ash hasn't got up the courage to ask her about that yet.

Doctor Proctor: Is currently dating Jesse. He's trying to instil her with a sense of morality, but it's an uphill struggle.

Giovanni: Has given up organised crime and gone into the entertainment buisness. Now that Jesse and James don't smash up his theme parks any more, he's actually making a profit.

Mewtwo: Bought Giovanni's secret headquarters through an agent, and is now plotting to kill all the humans in the world. He has a few issues to work through.

Professor Oak: Living with Ash's mum. Muk still lives with him, although Gary hasn't got up the courage to ask him about that yet.

The Jennies and Joys: Fulfilled the purpose of the series and had a massive lesbian orgy.

Gary's fanclub: Are now into Boyzone.

Mew: Still giggling in the weed, bless it.

Misty's Sisters: The only gym leaders besides Giovanni to still have a legitimate career, although they have recently discovered the stock market, and their shows are begining to look a little neglected...

Butch and Cassidy: Following the disbanding of Team Rocket, briefly attempted to make a living through unorganised crime. Currently out on parole following their third prison term, they're working for Mewtwo, and trying to get him into therapy before he can put his plan of world destruction into effect. Butch still hasn't done anything about his damn voice.

Blaine: Was killed in a tragic case of riddle-rage.

Lara Laramie: Was forced to leave the world of racing following a ten rapidash pile-up which left her with pulled tendons in her left leg. Now works solely on the ranch.

Dario Is now very smug, owing to his sudden ability to win races, following the retirement of Lara.

President Goodshow: Following the disbanding of the Indigo league, is now the Celadon department store Santa (christmas only).

Lapras: Now known as the Seafoam - Cinnabar ferry. The Pokémon Cruelty Prevention Association is investigating.

Sabrina: Is still freaky.

Lance: Refused to accept the PCPA's ruling. Was last seen flying into the sunset on his dragonite.

James' Parents: Actually died, but left everything to Jessibelle. James is currently contesting the decision.

The Ghost of the Maiden: Discovered feminism. Ghastly was disappointed.

Otoshi: Freed Marowak, but they still travel the world in search of underground gyms.

Mandy: Finally made enough money through his magic show to have the sex change. And placed ninth in the final Indigo League competition.

Flint: Was entirely unable to cope with his ten younger children, and was forced to turn to his illegitimate half-brother Bruno for help.

Jessibelle: Is squandering James' parents' fortune before James can successfully contest the will. She's also discovered James' mother's secret diary which proves that Victor is James' real father, which she plans to use to prove that James isn't really entitled to the money if things get really desperate.

The Snorlax Guy: Still taking care of his Snorlaxes. Someone one told him that pokémon training had been outlawed, but he didn't remember when he came down again.

Florinda: Went on an assertiveness training course. The Xanadu nursery is doing much better.

Potter: Is now slightly scared of Florinda.

Growlie: Ran away when James' parents died, and made it's way to the restaurant. Is occasionally used as an oven when James forgets to pay the gas bill.

The Captain of the St. Anne: Now works for NASA.

Agatha: Retired. Whiles away the time stalking Professor Oak.

Professor Ivy: Hired a maid after Brock ran away.

Butterfree: Turned out to be barren. The pink butterfree left.

Lt. Surge: Was arrested on charges of child molestation. He claims to be innocent.

A.J.: Is running for president. With a voice like that, he can't lose.

Bill: Finally found a dragonite to be special friends with.

Seymour: Is still living with the clefairy, but has run out of spot cream, so is expected back in civilisation any time now. The clefairy still haven't noticed him.

Jigglypuff: Exploded with frustration.

Richie: Is a regional manager for McDonalds. Still sees Ash sometimes. Pikachu and Sparky share ketchup.

Nastima: Has finally stopped moaning about her failed hotel project. Now owns a chain of very successful male escort agencies.

Ghastly, Haunter and Gengar: Got their own TV show. It's on cable. Very late night.

Koga: Now runs a martial arts school, thereby betraying the honor of his samurai ancestors. And his sister still refuses to dress sensibly.

Timmy: Lost all ambition as pokémon training was outlawed three months after he first got his pokémon license. Now works for Mewtwo, but only because he might get the opportunity to hit the PCPA headquarters.

Tommy: Finally killed his parents. Now lives in perfect harmony with the kangaskhan.

Psyduck: Is running the world. Mewtwo hasn't realised yet.
